Night school classes through St. Charles ACE will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays evenings from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, from Tuesday, September 19, 2023 through Thursday, January 18, 2024.
Classes will be offered in-person at Cathedral H.S. and St. Jean de Brébeuf CSS. As always, courses will only run if there is sufficient student enrollment and teacher availability. Please refer to the attached flyer for available courses.

As we using ASPEN, we needed to reinstate paper-based registrations for Night School.

Registration for HWCDSB students can begin as early as Monday, September 11, 2023. We ask that all students submit their signed “Permission to Attend” forms to their home school guidance counsellor. Once the forms are approved at their home school please scan and email these forms to Emmalee Borges at [email protected] by no later than Thursday, September 21st at noon.
On Friday, September 15, 2023, Student Services Heads will be informed of any cancelled courses and registrations will continue with the remaining courses until noon on Thursday, September 21st. We ask that all remining forms be scanned and emailed to Emmalee Borges by no later than 1pm on Thursday, September 21st (NO REGISTRATIONS WILL ACCEPTED AFTER 1PM). We ask that all forms be placed in the mailbag and sent to the attention of Emmalee Borges at St. Charles (East 5th Campus).
